Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HiveFi platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

2. No Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You assume all risks associated with using the platform, including but not limited to: (a) digital assets are highly volatile; (b) using digital assets is inherently risky due to potential unauthorized acts by third parties; (c) access to assets may not always be readily available; and (d) loss of tokens or other assets may occur. You agree that you have no recourse against anyone else for any losses incurred due to the use of the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the HiveFi platform, you are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of your account and activities. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following responsibilities:

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including cyberattacks, intellectual property infringement, or fraudulent activities.

4. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency and DeFi investments carry high risks. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The value of cryptocurrencies is highly volatile and may fluctuate significantly.
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
  • Algorithmic trading strategies may not perform as expected in all market conditions.
  • You are solely responsible for assessing the risks involved in any strategy or investment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall HiveFi or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the platform or any investments made through our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the HiveFi platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of HiveFi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Modifications to Terms

HiveFi reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these Terms of Service frequently to stay informed of any updates.

8. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled through arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, with the place of arbitration being Seychelles, and the language of arbitration being English.

You agree that all claims will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
